Nishanga Bliss is a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and nutrition consultant. She has studied herbal medicine for over ten years, and has been a macrobiotic chef for eight years. She completed her Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1999. She works with clients using herbs, acupuncture, massage and diet and lifestyle counseling. She also offers seasonal vegan cooking clases. Her special areas of interest include internal medicine, gynecology, mental health, and HIV care. Nishanga offers a sliding scale fee for her services. As well as maintaining her practice at UPAYA, Nishanga works at the Immune Enhancement Project in San Francisco. |
